Woo Hoo!!!!!!! I love the animal quotes. (AWESOME) Today is my first day of my Master Cleanse. I am fasting for 10 Days... I hope to adopt better eating habits... like veggies and fruits only.

PS look up a book called "Skinny Bitch" it is PACKED with real good nutritional facts about meat, sugar, soda, white bread, white rice etc... it has truly opened my eyes. the book has two female authors.
